Paradox isn’t just for adults — it’s for kids too! Paradox Youth gives 10-14 year olds a space that feels like theirs: they get to hang out with their friends, share snacks, create fun projects, and talk honestly about life, faith, and who God created them to be.
During the main service, you will be stunned by how much your kids pay attention to the sermon and the service! We prioritize getting young people involved on and off stage and our pastor's sermons are teeming with pictures.
We'd love for you to join us for Paradox Youth at 9:15 am on Saturdays, and then stick around for the church service at 10:00 am!

making friends your age
Paradox Youth gives kids ages 10–14 a place to connect with peers who are asking similar questions and growing through similar stages of life. It’s a space where friendships come naturally — where they can laugh, learn, and feel a sense of belonging with others their age.
For many of our youth, this becomes one of the highlights of their week: being with their friends in a community that feels safe, fun, and welcoming.

Paradox Youth makes our weekly sermons feel fun, engaging, and made for them. Each week, your children will receive a Sermon Scavenger Hunt they can fill out during the main service to stay curious and involved. Afterward, it turns into meaningful conversations with their friends, families, and leaders.
Kids love getting to discuss the sermon just like the adults do— in a space that feels welcoming, independent, and totally their own.

Our Youth Ministry leaders will welcome and help the children get settled using the safe and secure check-in procedures outlined below.

Kids enjoy creative projects, conversation, and receive their Sermon Scavenger Hunt in a supervised space with trusted leaders.
Check out

The children will be released to join you in the main sanctuary where you can experience the rest of the morning together.
Check-In Procedures
Ensuring Safety
All of our Youth leaders are Live Scanned and background checked in compliance with California law. Only screened and approved adults are permitted in the Paradox Youth space, ensuring a safe and trustworthy environment for your kids.
a simple, Secure Check-In Process
When you arrive at Paradox, you’ll sign your child in with one of our Youth leaders and provide the best phone number to reach you. If your child needs anything, we’ll text or call you right away.
At the end of Paradox Youth (around 9:50–9:55), kids are released to join you in the main service.

Paradox Youth thrives because of the loving, committed adults who help create a welcoming space for our 10–14 year olds. If you feel called to support our youth, we’d love to have you join the team. Parents often help by assisting our leaders with creative projects, sitting with kids during discussion time, or even teaching a short youth lesson. There’s room for all kinds of gifts here.
For everyone’s safety, all adult volunteers complete a simple background check — and don’t worry, Paradox covers the cost. Your support helps our youth feel seen, cared for, and connected as they grow into the people God created them to be.
